- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Possess own transport for sales call.
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Presentation skills, closing skills, motivation for sales, sales planning, prospecting skills.
- Persistence and meeting sales goals.
- Able to travel outstation when necessary.
- Preference to candidates having selling experience in the healthcare industry.
- To cover Hospitals, Clinics and Pharmacies to sell and to promote our medical Range of products in private and government sectors.
- To develop a Sales Plan for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- To be responsible for the performance and development of Dealers.
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- To assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- To maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
- To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
